• We have the in-house capability to do all the work, from welding, carpentry and electrical wiring all the way to foaming the insulation and quality assurance for the finished product.

Foam Insulation   Foam Insulation is available on all Platinum Series spray rigs made by CPI. We use EnduraTite 2# closed-cell foam.	The Sharp "Platinum Series" Look   After the foam, CPI craftsmen install the "Platinum" tile board along with matching trim.	Air Compressor   Both the air compressor motor and the tank are installed on the upper deck, out of the way.	Water Relief Valve   and Gauge   With the air tank out of the way, we still make it easy for daily tank maintenance.	The 40kW John Deere Generator   It is housed in the same sound-attenuated front compartment as the compressor.

Shore Power   If you just want to heat or cool your trailer, you can supply the power from a building. All doors can stay locked since there is a professional outdoor plug just like on RVs or powerboats.	Barrel Braces   Depending on the trailer size, we offer these in pairs accommodating either two or three sets (4 or 6 drums) of material.  The included Load Hugger tie downs are rated over 3000 lbs.	Transfer Pump Hook-Up   Just in case you ever need to agitate your materials, you will need either compressed air or electricity. Our "Platinum Series" provides both air and electricity for both the A and B components.	Breathing Air Line Hanger   Where should the breathing line go? On its own hanger out of the way! Just another feature to help you keep your rig free of clutter and in top shape.
		Maintenance Station   Here is another shot of the workbench and professional toolbox.  The vise is standard in our Platinum Series as well as the color matched cabinets.	Foam Compartment   Our customers like the clear and uncluttered layout and ample lighting including the light underneath the cabinets for spray gun maintenance. Combined Air Conditioning/Heater   This optional item will help control the interior climate either on generator or shore power.
