Glas-Craft MH II Proportioner

Summary

The MH II is a hydraulically driven system that will process up to 22 lbs / min. It is part of the Glas-Craft M Series of equipment- a new design concept in equipment for the polyurethane and polyurea industries. This next generation of equipment has improvements where they are needed:

Better Heaters! The new heater design is the most advanced available anywhere. It has more of everything- more heat (2x3000 Watts), up to 190oF; more heater surface area, and more efficient heating. Approximate delta: 56oF@ 1 gal./min.
More reliable temperature control! Use of automatic digital controllers to provide the precise heat required for today’s chemistry, and an in-line thermocouple that gives a true temperature reading, giving precise control over material temperature.
A new seal and shaft wiper design that operates longer, giving more running time.
An easy access configuration that allows for quicker maintenance. Why spend extra time getting to the part that needs to be accessed? Glas-Craft has easy on and off pump mounting, and quick heater access.
