Summary

Glas-Craft’s Mini II is a pneumatic system. It sprays or pours a maximum of 18 lbs./min (8.2 kg/min.) of polyurethane foam or adhesive. The system is compact. The controls are easy to use. Quite a few of our customers use this system for Carlisle FleeceBack and interior studwall insulation. The Mini II is also available in CPI’s polymer spray rigs.

• Easy-access design, permitting quick service of the unit

• 5" air motor develops up to 1,600 psi

 

Features

It features separate 4000 watt material heaters with solid-state controls. Two positive displacement pumps are connected to one five-inch air motor to ensure the proper mixing pressure (up to 1600 psi/100 bar) and 1:1 ratio. The heated hose can extend up to 306’ long with no additional power supply. The transformer output is 70 volts. Heating capacity is up to 160oF or 77oC.
