Glas-Craft Mini III

 

Summary

Glas-Craft’s Mini III is a pneumatic system. It sprays or pours a maximum of 20 lbs./min (9.1 kg/min.) of polyurethane foam or adhesive. The system is compact. The controls are easy to use. Quite a few of our customers use this system for Carlisle FleeceBack adhesives and interior studwall insulation. The Mini III is also available in CPI’s polymer spray rigs.

Features

It features separate 6000 watt material heaters with separate controls so that each side can be set at different temparatures.. Two positive displacement pumps are connected to one five-inch air motor to ensure the proper mixing pressure (up to 1600 psi/100 bar) and 1:1 ratio. The heated hose can extend up to 306’ long with no additional power supply. The transformer output is 70 volts. Heating capacity is up to 190oF or 88oC. Approximate delta: 56oF@ 1 gal./min.
