Glas-Craft SuperMaxi Proportioner
Glas-Craft has introduced the Super Maxi as a medium output system for demanding materials. Available in two configurations, it can be ordered as a 2200 or 3000 psi (150 or 204 bar) system. The output is rated up to 18 lbs./min (8.2 kg/min.) Nonetheless it is priced very competitively. The Super Maxi will accurately meter, mix and dispense polyurethanes and polyureas, with no solvents needed! Capable of 190 o F (88o C) constant running temperature and up to 3,000 psi, the Super Maxi still features a compact and user-friendly design. It is equally well suited for both in plant and off-site applications.

Features The Super Maxi is equipped with 6,000 watt primary material heaters that will generate 190 oF material temperature even at maximum output! Approximate delta: 56oF@ 1 gal./min. The automatic heated hose can extend up to 210’ long with no additional power supply. There are separate digital temperature controls for the automatic hose and each primary heater, allowing precise temperature control within +/-2oF. The thermocouple reads the actual material temperature in line, eliminating all temperature guess work.
