 Flow Rates

  • The chart on the right shows how each of the selected Graco systems maintains pressure using various mixing chamber sizes.
     
  • The interesting fact is that the H-25 maintains about 1800 psi even when spraying at a rate of 24 lbs. per minute.
     
  •  When spraying larger jobs, the H-25 keep production up at a much higher rate than the
    E-20!

  • Peak power at startup is reduced by about 65%. This makes it easy for the generator or other power supply.
  • Graph shown is based on average recorded amperage during startup.
  • Average draw reduced from 107 amps to 62 amps

As you can see in the table, the machines are available in different configurations. Beside the obvious choice of voltage and phase, there is also a choice of different maximum pressures, primary heater packages and two different transformers for the hose heat.
